Since I was a little girl, I have always been ruled by the concept of time. How quickly it can pass, how irreversible it can be and how precious it is.

Hi, I’m Bailey—a mother of four beautiful children, who are growing up faster than I can bare to admit, a lover of all things books, and the photographer behind Honest Moments Photography.
Honest Moments aren’t about the perfect pose or the pristine background—they’re honest. They’re the way your baby nestles into your chest like it’s home, the toddler tantrum mid-session that turns into laughter, the quiet glance you share with your partner. Those are the moments that matter. The real ones. The honest ones.
I grew up in Adelaide, South Australia, but recently our family made the move to Puckapunyal, Victoria. It’s a slower pace here, and I think that’s why it feels like the perfect place to pause and truly see the beauty in everyday moments. I now photograph families across Puckapunyal and all the surrounding areas, wherever your story is unfolding.
I started this business because I’ve always been obsessed with stories—the ones in novels, sure, but mostly the ones happening right in front of us. The little, everyday moments that are gone in a flash: a newborn’s yawn, the way your toddler reaches for your hand, the messy, magical chaos of family life.
With a storytelling approach and a deep love for natural light, I step into your home not just to take photos—but to witness your life as it is. No bright lights, no matching outfits required. Just you and your favourite people in the moment. Whether it’s you holding your baby in the softest, quietest moment or chasing your toddler around the living room, I want to capture the love and connection that makes your family yours.
As a mum, I know how fleeting time is. I know how quickly newborn snuggles turn into running feet and loud giggles. I know the chaos, the joy, the exhaustion and the deep love that comes with raising a family. It’s what makes me want to give you the photos that you’ll look at years from now, that make you stop, smile, and whisper, “I remember that.”. These are the moments that matter—the messy, beautiful, raw moments that tell your unique story. And I can’t wait to capture yours.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me lost in a good book, re-reading the same bedtime stories with my kids, or soaking in the perfectly imperfect moments of motherhood myself.
Thank you for inviting me into your world—it's truly an honour to capture these tender, fleeting moments. I can't wait to meet you and help you hold on to what matters most.
Because these honest moments? They’re everything
